£28,792 – £33,532 + 15% weekend allowance

Join Amey on a long‑term MoJ contract at HMP Risley.

Stable, full‑time work at one site – no travelling between jobs.

Hours: 39 per week

• Rota between 08:00–17:00 (Mon–Fri)
• 08:00–16:00 (Weekends)
• 1 in 3 weekends (paid at +15%)

The role:

• Planned & reactive painting and decorating
• Safe working to RAMS and H&S standards
• Supporting prisoners with trade tasks as part of Amey's CRED programme

You’ll need:

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Painting and Decorating
• Strong experience in a Painting and Decorating role
• Comfortable working in a prison environment, alongside prisoners

Prison security clearance and Standard required – fully supported by Amey.
